An internal committee dedicated to ensuring employees' career advancement and encouraging general well-being outside of professional obligations and responsibilities. The goal of this pod is to make each day at work better for its members and to foster a healthy work environment.

Focuses on optimising the resources and efficiency of the team as a whole. They offer improved tools, practices, and rituals to the team so that each member can focus on their core tasks and avoid distractions that reduce productivity and work quality.

A design-driven hybrid cross-departmental experimentation pod that employs lean problem-solving methods such as quick validations through planned tests and investigations. For growth hack projects, they work in express mode with short deadlines.
